Fun times…

Took a bit of a tumble at work today.

Wandering down the stairs…missed the bottom step (lord knows how)…turned my ankle over … ended up on my knees and desperately grabbed the door handle to my office to stop myself going head first into the door.

LOL bit of a swollen ankle this afternoon - but lots of ice and it seems to be back to normal size.  Bit achy though…

Plus - sore knees and a bashed arm when I hit the door…

Any news on Gordon Ramsay?

That was an horrific tackle on him in SoccerAid by Teddy Sheringham.  Hated seeing Gordon lying face down on the pitch.  He was stretchered off and taken to hospital.

I see that ITV avoided questions about him after the match.

Anyone heard anything?
